Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our Singapore office or NYC studio within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation.

When your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times will be based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

For USA orders, if there is available stock in the NYC studio, your order will be shipped via USPS domestically. Otherwise, your order will be fulfilled from the Singapore office and international shipping applies. Enter your address at checkout and the available shipping methods will show automatically.

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. If local duties and taxes are applicable, DHL will contact you directly via email or text with simple payment steps when your package arrives in your country.
